Strict Terms of Use

These Strict Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of THRPY ("the Platform") operated by THRPY LTD. By registering, ticking the agreement box, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our NDA Agreement, and our Infringements Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

You may use the Platform only for personal or authorised professional mental health support as intended. You must not: use the Platform for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data; interfere with the Platform or other users; or use the Platform in any way that could harm THRPY LTD or third parties.

The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, assessment, or care. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of anything on the Platform. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THRPY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, the NDA, or the Infringements Policy, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
