To the maximum extent permitted by law, THRPY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the Platform.

The Platform and all associated code, designs, models, text, graphics, workflows, trademarks, and documentation are proprietary to THRPY LTD and its licensors. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where expressly authorized in writing.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform immediately where required for safety, legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, unpaid fees, or breach of these Terms.
