Non-Disclosure Agreement and strict confidentiality terms for use of THRPY
1. Confidentiality Obligations
By using THRPY ("the Platform"), you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information, methods, software, data, and materials disclosed or accessed through the Platform. You shall not disclose, reproduce, or use any Confidential Information except as expressly permitted in writing by THRPY LTD.
2. Definition of Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes, without limitation: platform architecture, algorithms, AI models, therapeutic protocols, user data (including your own, where applicable), business processes, technical documentation, and any information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for your personal or authorised professional use in accordance with the Terms of Use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, or permit any third party to access the Platform or Confidential Information without prior written consent.
4. Data and Session Confidentiality
Therapy sessions, assessments, mood logs, and all content you create or that the Platform generates in relation to you are confidential. You agree not to share session content, screenshots, or outputs with unauthorised parties in a way that could harm THRPY LTD or other users.
5. Term and Survival
This NDA is effective upon your first use of the Platform and continues for so long as you have access to the Platform and for five (5) years thereafter. Your obligations regarding Confidential Information survive termination.
6. Breach and Remedies
Breach of this agreement may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Platform. THRPY LTD reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and damages. You may also be liable for losses arising from unauthorised disclosure.

Binding Agreement
By registering or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this NDA and our Strict Terms of Use and Infringements Policy.
