Infringements Policy

THRPY LTD owns or licenses all rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, AI models, branding, logos, documentation, and content. Nothing in your use of the Platform grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property. Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

The following constitute infringements and are strictly prohibited: • Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Platform or its components • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform • Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-downloading data or content • Using the Platform to train or develop competing AI or therapy systems • Sub-licensing, reselling, or commercialising access without written agreement • Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices • Using the Platform in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

If we reasonably believe you have infringed our rights or breached the Terms of Use or NDA: • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately • We may report conduct to relevant authorities • We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief and damages • You may be liable for losses, legal fees, and statutory damages where applicable

If you become aware of any use that you believe infringes THRPY LTD's rights or this policy, please report it to hello@thrpy.ai with a description of the conduct and, if possible, evidence. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

THRPY LTD has patents pending in respect of certain technologies used in the Platform. Use of the Platform is subject to any licence terms that may apply when such patents are granted. Unauthorised use may constitute patent infringement.
